Terms

These terms apply to brittanyspends.com and paybrittany.com (together, the "Site"), operated by Brittany Spends ("we", "us"). By using the Site or making a payment, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or make a payment.

1. Parody and entertainment

The Site is parody and entertainment: a playful, fictional fan page made for fun, and you are in on it. Supporting Brittany is a voluntary way to say thanks, not a purchase of anything.

2. Brittany is not a real person

Brittany is a fictional, AI-created character. She is not a real person. Her name, images, and words are fictional and AI-generated. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

3. Tips are a digital thank-you

Tips (including wires) and monthly plans are voluntary gifts to show your support. They are a digital thank-you only and don't buy anything: no goods, no services, no content, no access, no investment, no equity, and no relationship. Your only keepsake is an optional novelty certificate you can personalize and print yourself. It has no value of any kind. It is not a security, not a share, not a deed or lease, and not a receipt or proof of anything.

The one exception is the Shop. Wallpaper packs are digital downloads, delivered as a download link right after checkout. They are licensed for your personal use as phone wallpapers only; please don't resell, redistribute or repost them.

4. All sales are final

All sales are final. Every payment, including one-time payments, subscription renewals, wires, and Shop purchases (digital downloads), is final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before checkout you confirm that you understand this.

5. 18+ only

You must be at least 18, and of legal age where you live, to use the Site or pay. By paying, you confirm you are.

6. Monthly plans

• Monthly plans renew automatically every month at the price shown until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime using the link in the receipt or membership email you got at checkout. You can also cancel from the account you checked out with.
• Canceling stops future charges. Past charges are not refunded.

7. Leaderboards and the Wall

If we show a leaderboard or "Wall", you appear anonymously by default (for example, "Anonymous Fan #0412"). A nickname is shown only if you choose one. Don't use your real name or anything offensive. We may remove or change any nickname, and we never show real names or emails.

8. No promise of contact or content

We don't promise any reply, message, call, meeting, photo, video, or other content, now or ever. Features marked "coming soon" may never launch.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for anything related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
